Responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of community events and activities to offer informed recommendations.
- Monitor and support guest itineraries and activity schedules.
- Maintain accurate guest records, including preferences and profiles, in Opera and other systems.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation and contribute to a positive hotel image.

Requirements
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
