About the role

This role is responsible for creating an exceptional employee and guest experience while ensuring our offices operate efficiently and scale alongside the business.
Whether coordinating a leadership meeting, managing an office buildout, supporting a new hire's first day, or troubleshooting an operational issue, you bring a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.

Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, building staff, and workplace vendors.
Support the workplace technology, conference rooms, and office infrastructure.
Manage office services, food and beverage programs, workplace amenities, and employee-facing initiatives.
Support onboarding logistics to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
Coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, room setup, communications, and vendor support.
Manage vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing performance.

4+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, employee experience, or a related field.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Experience supporting fast-growing organizations and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, workplace programs, and operational projects.
This is an in-office position (5 days/week) in our New York / London office.
