About the role
- Evita Med Spa is coming to Athens, GA in January 2027!
- This individual will serve as both the welcoming face of our practice and a trusted skincare professional, providing an exceptional experience for every patient from their first phone call through their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
- We encourage interested applicants to apply early to be considered as we build our opening team.
- Answer incoming calls, and perform other receptionist duties, including mailing, faxing, and filing reports.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients.
- Maintain office equipment, including computers and copy machines.
- Conduct thorough skin evaluations and design personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and plastic surgeons on patients' preoperative and postoperative exams.
- Perform various treatments such as facial massages, micro-needling, and laser procedures (i.e., body contouring, hair removal, fibroblast, etc.) Ensure treatment rooms are clean and prepared for each patient.
Requirements
- Success in this position requires the ability to seamlessly transition between administrative and clinical responsibilities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with outstanding communication and multitasking skills.
