About the role
- In this role, you will report to an Analytics Leader and serve as a force multiplier for our teams.

Responsibilities
- Design Collaboration: Experience creating wireframes independently and/or in coordination with designers to visualize solutions.
- As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of the Analytics Organization, the team that designs technical, service, and content solutions to support Aledade's various lines of business.
- You will work alongside product team members, business owners, data analysts, designers, and engineers to develop and refine requirements, project goals, solution scope, implementation approach, and rollout plans.
- You will support teams of Analytics professionals to help us deliver new data products that power intelligence across our suite of tools.
- Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration.
Requirements
- Agile & Product Delivery: Experience participating in Agile/Scrum teams or using Agile methodology/concepts in product development (e.g., managing backlogs, sprints, and standups).
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as JIRA or Trello to manage enhancement requests and delivery processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience writing clear specifications, technical documentation, and user stories that translate business needs into execution plans.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data structures, SQL, or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake) is a plus, but not required for daily execution.
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
- Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
- Demonstrated background in data, analytics, or related fields.
