About the role

  • This role is part of a team that is shaping how enterprise marketing teams ideate and plan for campaigns using unstructured and structured data and insights from various sources, collaboratively on complex marketing planning.

Responsibilities

  • Simplify. Translate complex user needs into practical design solutions that are grounded in user research and data.
  • Collaborate. Work closely with product and engineering partners, driving alignment through designs, workshops, and clear communication.
  • Influence. Demonstrate thought leadership through collaboration and workshops with engineering, product, and design leadership.
  • Think in Systems. Connect patterns across touchpoints and technologies to build cohesive end-to-end experiences spanning apps, teams, and workflows.
  • Exceptional visual, interaction, and prototyping design skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive close collaboration and alignment between design, product management, and engineering.
  • Creative and analytical skills to facilitate research, synthesize, and communicate insights that inspire design opportunities.

Requirements

  • This is a senior position with strong product sense, solid understanding of enterprise platforms, and ability to influence in highly cross‑functional environments.
  • You are action-oriented and results-driven, moving efficiently from strategy to concept to execution, grounding decisions in both qualitative and quantitative insights, and iterating quickly to improve impact.
  • A relevant degree and 8+ years of equivalent experience in product design, with a proven track record of success delivering designs that meet user and business needs.
  • Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or other AI-powered design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.

Skills

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.

Compensation

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $274,300 annually.
  • Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • In California, the pay range for this position is $189,400 - $274,300
  • At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
