About the role
- We are seeking a Data Scientist to join an Enterprise Analytics team focused on driving business growth through data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute large-scale experiments to evaluate business strategies, customer behavior, and operational improvements.
- Develop predictive, descriptive, and prescriptive models to address business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Define data requirements and training datasets to support model development and continuous improvement.
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Data Engineering, Operations, and Technology.
- Support projects throughout the full analytics lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through deployment and performance monitoring.
- Support ongoing optimization, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or another STEM-related discipline.
- OR Bachelors degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with analytical and statistical programming tools such as: Python R / RStudio SAS SQL NoSQL Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

- Experience with predictive modeling methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Experience with big data tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of scalable data pipelines, data engineering concepts, and web scraping techniques.
- Experience creating data visualizations, dashboards, and executive reporting solutions.
- Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or other consumer-focused industries.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, statistical, and communication skills, with experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
