As we expand our scalable, affordable PACE model to meet the growing and complex needs of aging populations, our mission ‑ driven care teams continue to help participants live well on their own terms.
Design, build, test, and ship production-grade AI tools, copilots, agents, and automations embedded in day-to-day work, owning each solution end-to-end from data layer through to interface.
Maintain and improve what you build - monitor tools in production, fix what breaks, and write documentation that lets people use them without technical support.
Embed with care and outreach teams, observe work as it happens, prototype solutions, support implementation, and drive adoption.

5-7+ years of experience with software engineering background and a track record of building and shipping production systems end to end in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, including building the 0-to-1 prototype yourself, not just spec it for others.
Experience building with modern AI tooling - designing agents and prompting logic and running structured evaluations against real-world expectations.
Strong hands-on technical skills: proficient in Python and SQL, comfortable working with data pipelines, and building on cloud infrastructure (Azure). Familiarity with data/ML platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.

Strong product judgement, including ability to distinguish between interesting ideas and high-ROI problems worth solving.
