About the role

Expedites operations that delay schedules and/or alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Resolves issues related to production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.
Ensures quality control standards are maintained.

Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.
Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
Ability to make repetitive movements, including, but not limited to, bending, or squatting.

Ability to understand written material and basic math skills

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
Generally, 3-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.

Involves such processes as insertion of materials, clamping, fitting parts and use of some hand tools.
