About the role
- As a Financial Controller, you will be a key member of our finance team, taking ownership of financial reporting, internal controls and overall accounting operations.
- You will review financial operations, participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, and compliance processes to ensure our continued growth, finance control and operational efficiency.
- This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, accountability and will play a crucial part in our decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a fast-moving environment, cross-functionally to align financial reporting and business goals.
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and ad-hoc financial risk assessments.
- Optimize automation of ERP and accounting tools such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp.
Requirements
- Around 5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial management.
- Prior experience in a senior audit position or Big 4 firm is highly valued and/or Start-up/Scale-up experience.
- Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field (bachelor's or master's).
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, Oracle, or SAGE.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Chartered Accountant qualification is a strong plus.

- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
