About the role
- Define cost saving, productivity, and service level improvement opportunities; measure performance, analyse opportunities, improve and control performance.
Responsibilities
- Process & Policy Management Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Team Building & People Management Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
