Responsibilities
- OPEX Planning and Management: Support planning, forecasting, and tracking of operating expenses as well as headcount. Work with functional leaders to support budget management, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain disciplined spend.
- Variance Analysis: Provide clear variance analysis and practical insights to support decision-making.
- Monthly & Quarterly Close: Support monthly and quarter end close processes.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and corporate functions to support business decisions.
- Revenue and Channel reporting: Help to support our weekly and quarterly channel operations and sales reports.

- Why This Role
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, including internship or full-time experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerPoint
- Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Anaplan, PBI, Qlik, or similar systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and eager to learn
