Seeking highly skilled industrial mechanic responsible for preventive/predictive maintenance and breakdown repairs of batch and continuous processing equipment.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

Includes servicing operations and facility support equipment, setting up new equipment, completing small fabrication projects, participating in safety and continuous improvement programs and completing other work as assigned.
Perform duties safely, thoughtfully and efficiently
Validate operation of equipment upon completion of repairs
Perform routine cleaning, preventive service and inspections of existing equipment

A combination of 8+ years of industrial training and maintenance experience
Knowledge of various trade fundamentals (mechanics, electrical, pipefitting, hydraulics, etc.) sufficient skills to diagnose and complete general repairs
Ability to work with required PPE at ground level and heights
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (power, PLC's, VFD's)
To conduct business with H.B. Fuller, a written service agreement must be executed by Human Resources prior to submitting any information relating to a potential candidate.

Experience with Twin Screw Compounding Equipment
Experience with Batch Mixers, Mix-truders and Reactors
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preventive, and predictive maintenance.
Previous forklift, scissor lift, rigging experience
Physical Environment:
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, use hands to move or lift boxes, stretch and reach with arms extended, stoop
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, alone, and occasionally lift and /or move more than 100 pounds with assistance.
The employee must inspect and equip provided PPE including safety glasses, safety boots, bump or hard hats, long sleeve uniform, protective gloves, masks or respirators, etc.
