  • Daily duties include:
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to address ongoing business and customer questions, and translate emerging insights into recommendations for the data and technology roadmap (20%).
  • Define and champion engineering best practices around code quality, documentation, version control, and testing within analytics workflows (10%).
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our data architecture, tooling, and processes (10%).
  • Must live within normal commuting distance of New York, NY office to facilitate office visits 2 times per week.

Compensation

  • New York: $167,835 - $175,000
  • The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
  • Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
  • The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
  • Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
