Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use formulas for measurements, cost estimation, or budgeting.

- Demonstrated experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems to manage planning and procurement activities.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production scheduling requirements.
- Proven ability to manage suppliers, resolve shortages, and maintain supply continuity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive issues to resolution with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Reads and understands complex written technical documents, proposals, business communications.
- Speaks and writes fluently English and persuasively across different professional settings.
- Tailors communication style for different audiences.
- Able to edit and review others' written work for clarity, grammar, and tone.
- Applies ratios, proportions, and basic algebra. Interprets charts, graphs, and simple data sets. Ability to use formulas for measurements, cost estimation, or budgeting.
