About the role

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical instincts and advanced Excel skills rather than a deep IT background.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate raw data into intuitive, easy-to-navigate tools they can use on a regular basis.

Validate data for accuracy and flag/resolve discrepancies before publishing
Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to support business decision-making
Recommend programs to support data analysis and automation for scalability to new programs and commodities
Create tools for new programs to track performance of auditors, assessors, inspectors, etc… as needed
Partner on data infrastructure, visualization, and analytics roadmap initiatives
Perform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to generate actionable metrics and be able to communicate this to internal stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.
2+ years of professional experience in analytics or BI development
Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
Must be able to read and write in English
As such, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) to comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
