About the role
- Primarily responsible for transferring a specified number of eggs from egg buggies to setter machine. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
- - * Proper machine set-up, "A.M. Cycle" at the beginning of the shift.

Requirements
- In addition to meeting the basic qualifications for new employees, the employee must also meet the following qualifications:

- Must be able to lift 100 pounds, using proper lifting techniques.
- Must be able to work in noisy, hot, humid areas, dust, foul odors and chemical reactions.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, grasp, twist and kneel.
- Assist with traying eggs for the following days set when required.
Skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Hatchery or relative poultry industry experience.
- Basic math functions and skills.
