- This role is responsible for leading installation teams, ensuring top-tier workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on every job.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold installation teams accountable to quality and performance standards
- Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and results
- Identify gaps and drive immediate improvement
- Train and mentor installers to maintain high workmanship standards
- Develop team members through hands-on coaching and support
- Maintain compliance with installation standards and procedures

Requirements
- 24+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold accountability

- Base Salary: $80,000+ DOE
