About the role

The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition, technical fluency, operational thinking, and a deep understanding of how to translate complex business challenges into simple, effective user experiences.
This individual should be comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, balancing long-term product vision with day-to-day execution, and making informed prioritization decisions across competing initiatives.

Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, operational goals, and user needs
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, scalability, adoption, and user experience across internal platforms
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, iteration, and optimization
Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams
Validate product ideas through testing, experimentation, analytics, and user feedback before broader implementation
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, automation teams, and design partners

Ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative user insights

Experience with product analytics tools and statistical methods

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business priorities
Understanding of AI technologies, automation workflows, and modern software systems preferred
Experience in real estate, marketplace businesses, operational tooling, or service-based platforms is a plus

Use product analytics, experimentation, and user insights to inform prioritization and product decisions
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks that measure feature effectiveness, adoption, and operational impact
Conduct analysis on user behavior, workflow trends, and feature performance to guide ongoing product strategy
5-8+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, operational platforms, or workflow-driven environments
Proven experience owning products from concept through launch and iteration
Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and cross-functional delivery processes
Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical product implementation
Experience with product analytics and reporting tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar platforms

Compensation
The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $170,000.00 USD.
