About the role

  • Experienced personnel in Fire‑Alarm & Fire‑Protection who serve as the technical expert for all fire‑alarm and fire‑protection systems on our construction projects.
  • By proactively identifying scope gaps, managing change orders, and driving rapid issue resolution, the personnel safeguards schedule, budget, and safety performance while preventing disputes and re‑work.
  • Site walks and Coordination: Field walks and meetings and reports to track construction progress and Stakeholder Communication

Responsibilities

  • This role provides continuous oversight of subcontractor documentation, design reviews, and on‑site quality control to ensure compliance with NFPA, IBC, local codes, and client specifications.
  • The position bridges the gap between design intent and field execution, delivering reliable, code‑compliant fire protection solutions that support the overall success of the construction program.

Requirements

  • Construction Experience related to fire alarm and/or fire protection 3-5 years
  • NFPA, IFC, IBC Code proficiency
  • Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.

Nice to have

  • Experience commissioning projects (Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus)
  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree is a plus.

  • Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.

Compensation

  • The current base salary range for this role is between $92,00- $120,000.
  • Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
