About the role

Responsibilities
- We're searching for an IT Support Administrator to join our team.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support.
- 3+ years of experience in general hardware support for servers and workstations.
- Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows.
- Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Office.
- Experience supporting users (both internal and external) utilizing a ticketing system (zendesk).
Nice to have
- A+ certification Workstation imaging Peripheral configuration Router configuration
