Responsibilities

  • Drive the LEGO Lead Agency Model (cross functional Integrated Agency Teams) on projects - getting integrated, strategic and creative excellence from internal and external partners
  • Business problem solvers- we're the business knowledge center within the agency - helping our teams focus on the opportunities and work that will deliver for briefs and for the business
  • Collaborate with partners across the organization as well as externally
  • Indirectly lead teams through project life cycles to ensure Agency output delivers against objectives
  • Business Goal Accountable- the voice of the marketers in the agency; accountable for output that is strategic and deliver against objectives
  • Like an "Account Manager" at an external advertising agency, the LEGO Business Partner is the liaison between our Marketing Partners and the internal Agency (Strategic, Creative and Project management teams).
  • The Business Partner is Marketing's trusted advisor and acts as the voice of marketing in the internal LEGO Agency.

Compensation

  • The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
  • The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
