- The Punch List Carpenter is responsible for completing final-stage construction tasks on residential or commercial projects to ensure all work meets quality standards prior to project closeout.
Responsibilities
- Complete punch list items including repairs, adjustments, and finishing work Perform light carpentry tasks such as trim installation, door adjustments, hardware installation, and cabinetry touch-ups Repair drywall, patch, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting Perform paint touch-ups, caulking, and minor texture work Install and adjust doors, baseboards, crown molding, and other finish carpentry elements Identify deficiencies and proactively address quality issues Ensure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and client expectations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and other trades
