About the role
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
- The Senior Manager, Corporate Development will work with a small team that identifies, analyzes and executes M&A and investment activities on behalf of Booking Holdings.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day M&A transactions from idea generation to deal execution and closing
- Lead business due diligence and identify and assess key risk factors
- Develop and scrutinize company valuation and financial modeling
- Develop accurate, thoughtful and concise presentations and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership and Board of Directors
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate and manage the efforts of others, as well as work well with people at a wide range of levels
Requirements
- Some travel may be required but the length of the trips will generally be limited to a few days. [Target Start date of October 1, 2026.]
- MBA helpful but not required
