Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with indigenous relations, developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Track and manage leads, bids, and proposals.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure processes are followed and timelines align.
- Proposal & Pursuit Support
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- This role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- The position will support projects across the government, institutional, and commercial sectors, in addition to industrial and residential markets.

Requirements

Nice to have
- 5+ years of external sales experience in the construction industry
- Strong construction industry knowledge preferred.
- Proven ability to generate and close business.
- Familiarity working with First Nations in northwestern BC an asset
Compensation
- $110,000-135,000 Per Year
