About the role
- Are you passionate about helping people navigate healthcare benefits and delivering exceptional client service?
- As a Dedicated Client Service Partner, you will serve as an extension of the Cigna Account Management team, providing personalized onsite support to a key client, their HR team, and employees.
- The Dedicated Client Service Partner will work in Orlando Florida (Onsite - 5 days per week with local travel to client locations as needed)
Responsibilities
- Client & Employee Support
- Partner with internal teams to drive timely issue resolution and deliver positive outcomes.
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications aligned with client objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with client leadership, HR teams, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Webex, or similar virtual meeting platforms.
- High School Diploma or GED. Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
- Experience supporting healthcare benefits, claims, customer service, or employee benefits administration.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Experience in a client-facing healthcare, account management, or benefits consulting role.
- Knowledge of medical, pharmacy, wellness, and benefits administration programs.
- Experience working with benefits administration platforms, CRM systems, and case management tools.
- Experience facilitating presentations, webinars, or group education sessions.
- Experience supporting employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
