- Support audits, training programs, and ensure adherence to OSHA and company EHS guidelines.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR teams to resolve operational challenges.
- The Facility Operations Assistant will support the day-to-day functions of plant operations by coordinating production activities and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Essential Job Duties Operational Support: Monitor progress toward KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR teams to resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility operations, manufacturing support, or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, EHS protocols).
- Basic knowledge of equipment monitoring and facility maintenance procedures.
Skills
- Monitor equipment performance and escalate maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper upkeep of workstations, tools, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
