About the role
- Customer relations - Contact for the customer, site experts, subcontractors and other site-related activities. - Represent Valmet in site meetings with the customer and other vendors.
- Cost management and forecasting - Monthly/Dweekly/Daily forecast of site budget (dependent on outage duration). - Change management of subcontractors and customer. - COR/NCR settlement with contractors and customer.

Nice to have
- Work with subcontractor(s) and Valmet project team to plan, price and present Valmet supplied installation services.
- Assuring safe work at site.
- Liaise with customer as primary contact in construction related matters, in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for on schedule and on budget delivery of Valmet supplied installation activities.
- Assure that contractual liabilities are fulfilled towards customer and by subcontractors at site.
- Prepare necessary notifications and claims to customer and subcontractors to defend Valmet's commercial rights.
- Establish site planning and scheduling to provide adequate reports for monitoring progress and to identify any delays.
- Generate the delivery scope of equipment and services, including the customer's requirements and obligations.
