Responsibilities
- Perform chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to support product quality and lot release
- Document and report results in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Support investigations related to Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and non-conformance events
- Contribute to root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration, verification, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Quality teams to resolve issues and support production timelines

- The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific field
- 0-2 years of laboratory experience in food, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of chemical testing techniques and laboratory instrumentation
- Experience documenting laboratory results and supporting investigations
Nice to have
- Experience working with LIMS systems (e.g., SoftTrace or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Experience in food ingredient or food manufacturing environments
- Exposure to audits, inspections, or regulatory compliance activities
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
