Here is what you need to know about the job: The Associate Merchandiser for the Miles Hard Goods Division plays a key role in supporting customer relationships and driving the product lifecycle from order placement through delivery.

Maintain accurate and timely records of purchase orders, production schedules, and customer requirements.
Partner with the Miles team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in line with quality and compliance standards.
Provide consistent, high-level customer service and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.

1-2 years of experience in merchandising, sales support, or a related customer-facing role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally 1-3 times per year, as needed.
Compensation/Benefits:
The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00, which can vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
