Responsibilities
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain rigorous cybersecurity frameworks (PCI compliance) to protect sensitive merchant and logistics data.
- SaaS Administration: Manage the company's internal software stack (Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Google Workspace) to ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration.
- Network Optimization: Support the IT needs of a distributed network model, ensuring reliable connectivity and data flow between Cahoot and its fulfillment partners.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with hardware and software vendors to ensure cost-efficient scaling.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and test robust backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in a 24/7 logistics environment.
- Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose complex system issues and implement long-term scalable solutions rather than "quick fixes."

Requirements
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise-grade networking.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise-grade networking.
