Reporting to the CI Supervisor, the Lean/TCP Lead supports the delivery of Total Cost Productivity (TCP) and Lean/Continuous Improvement outcomes by enabling process improvements, waste elimination, and disciplined execution of MOS initiatives.
The role supports operations through the facilitation and coaching of continuous improvement projects, ensuring opportunities are clearly identified, analyzed, and executed using defined methodologies.
As a subject matter expert, the role builds organizational capability by coaching teams, training future SMEs, and supervising interns to ensure timely implementation and sustainable results.
Assist in establishing a Continuous Improvement process, using Lean techniques, to support operational objectives through improved processes.
Drive upkeep of Daily Management system.
Supports operations through facilitation of Continual Improvement projects, sustaining, improving and streamlining overall processes within the organization.
Effective communication and facilitation skills to lead CI activities
Strong leadership abilities, and decision making; able to lead effective meetings and cross functional teams

The salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position, plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and commissions.

Post-secondary education in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
Commitment to continuous learning and operational improvement
