Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of day-to-day counterparty-facing operation of the electronic platform. Manage counterparty configuration, entitlements, limit setups, and controls
- Collaborate with development teams to promote future product development
- Act as primary escalation point for counterparties on electronic trading issues. Take ownership of counterparty inquiries and work with Onboarding, Operations, and Treasury teams to deliver fast, effective resolution.
- Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to develop tailored solutions for counterparty needs - including deck construction and presentation material.
Requirements
- Experience managing trading relationships and discussions
- Knowledge and familiarity of electronic trading systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with FIX and API protocols
- Ability to proactively identify issues and address them in a real-time trading environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Technical proficiency in Python and Java
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills. strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
- We have also leveraged our expertise and technology to expand into three non-traditional strategies: real estate, venture capital and cryptoassets.
- At least 2 years' experience in institutional client coverage, sales, or relationship management. Experience managing trading relationships and discussions
- Knowledge and familiarity of electronic trading systems and workflows. Familiarity with FIX and API protocols
- Familiartity/experience working with vendors, OEMS platforms and trading software
- Passion for crypto and understanding of digital asset market structure
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
- Basic understanding of options and forward strategies.
- Git, SQL, and Linux familiarity is desirable.

- English fluency required
- additional languages are a strong plus.
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set.
