Responsibilities
- As Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategic Ventures, you will lead the identification, evaluation, and advancement of strategic growth opportunities that create long-term value for BCAA.
- Lead Corporate Development
- Establish and lead BCAA's corporate development and M&A capability.
- Lead preliminary due diligence, valuation analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessments.
- Partner closely with Corporate Finance, Legal, and executive and senior leadership throughout the evaluation process.
- Drive Strategic Growth
- Identify and assess new business opportunities that support BCAA's long-term strategy.
- Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and executive-level presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead feasibility assessments, scenario planning, and strategic opportunity analysis.
- Lead BCAA's Strategic Ventures pipeline by identifying and advancing new business concepts.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA or equivalent graduate education is considered an asset).
