About the role

  • Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to be on our Mentoring Alliance After School staff team.
  • The primary role of our after-school staff is fostering youth development in an after-school setting through leading students in enrichment activities related to our Priority Outcomes planned by the full-time staff.

Responsibilities

  • The primary function of the MAAS Assistant Site Director is to support the Site Director in providing leadership and supervision for MA After School.
  • The primary function of the MAAS Site Administrator is to provide administrative support for MA After School.
  • Assistant Site Director: The primary function of the MAAS Assistant Site Director is to support the Site Director in providing leadership and supervision for MA After School.
  • Site Administrator: The primary function of the MAAS Site Administrator is to provide administrative support for MA After School.

Compensation
