About the role

This is a role for someone who loves velocity: filling large numbers of roles quickly without letting quality, candidate experience, or organization slip.

Run High-Volume Pipelines: Own full-cycle recruiting across many open roles at once, including data collection operators, teleoperators, technicians, and operations staff, moving candidates from application to signed offer at speed.
Source at Scale: Build and maintain a steady, high-throughput pipeline using a mix of channels (job boards, referrals, agencies, events, and creative outreach) to keep roles filled ahead of demand.
Partner with Operations Leaders: Work closely with our operations and data-collection leads to forecast headcount, understand role requirements, and adjust hiring plans as priorities shift.
Champion the Candidate: Deliver a fast, transparent, and human experience at every stage, so that even high-volume hiring feels personal and reflects well on Dyna.

Track and improve the numbers that matter, such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source quality, and pipeline health, and use that data to make the process faster and smarter.
