Responsibilities
- Manage projects effectively to comply with technical, budgetary, and timeline specifications, mentor geotechnical staff and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in civil engineering with a concentration in geotechnical engineering.
- 16+ years of strategic geotechnical engineering consulting experience in Oregon.
- At least 5 years in project management roles.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business development and office collaboration.
Compensation
- Generate and implement strategic geotechnical engineering consulting initiatives with existing and targeted clients to achieve a goal of at least $1 million in annual net revenue.
- Engage in business development with both new and existing clients, creating annual client plans, forecasting revenue and profit to aid strategy implementation, and leading client project pursuits should be familiar tasks for the candidate.
