About the role
- The purpose of this position is to service and assist with the enrollment and retention of Dual Enrollment students.
Responsibilities
- Providing thorough customer support and advisement.
Requirements
- Must be available to work on campus during the Fall and Summer breaks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor's program or master's program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to work, learn, and be flexible.
