- Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial construction superintendent experience, with at least 2 years directly managing federal or institutional jobs (VA project experience highly preferred).

- Proficient with construction management tracking systems (EX.
- Work Environment This position is strictly on-site at the Marion VA Medical Center (1700 E.
- 38 th St, Marion, IN 46953).
- Must be capable of passing federal background checks to secure a VA PIV badge for unescorted site access.
