- This position oversees IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives within a defense contracting environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of INTUITIVE's enterprise IT strategy and modernization roadmap.
- Implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency and outcomes in partnership with the Director of Digital Solutions.
- Manage IT support operations and ensure responsive, customer‑focused service delivery.
- Manage budgets, procurement, licensing, vendor relationships, and third‑party service providers.
Requirements

- The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep knowledge of government and defense cybersecurity requirements, and the ability to balance innovation with operational stability.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance
- Experience with enterprise SIEM, EDR, Zero Trust, and identity governance technologies.
Compensation
- $171k-$800k
