- Experience developing APIs, back-end services, and system integrations
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using object-oriented technologies such as.NET or Java
- 3+ years of experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza, or DB2
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, accessibility, security, or user acceptance testing
- Experience with automated unit, API, front-end, performance, or accessibility testing tools
- Experience with Agile, Kanban, DevSecOps, or CI/CD practices
- Experience with SAS, Python, R, or cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, vulnerability remediation, or the OWASP Top 10
- If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
Skills
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
- Experience tracking and validating defects using Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Software Development, Testing, Accessibility, Cloud, AI, or Cybersecurity Certifications
Compensation
- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
