About the role

This role is essential to ensuring a seamless guest experience and a well ‑ maintained environment for both residents and staff.

Support the team with general property upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of maintenance areas.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition.
Collaborate with the property team to ensure all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Must have weekend availability.</
Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable, self ‑ motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs promptly to the appropriate manager.
Changing light bulbs, batteries, and small components
Minor touch ‑ up repairs (paint, patching, hardware adjustments)
Unclogging drains and addressing simple plumbing issues
Furniture assembly, relocation, and light moving tasks
Assisting with simple work orders and preventative maintenance routines
Complete assigned work orders in a timely, professional, and guest ‑ friendly manner.
Uphold company standards for hospitality, communication, and professionalism in all guest and staff interactions.
