Requirements
- You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have The Following Experience, Skills, and Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), to include bump cap, hearing, and eye protection.
Nice to have
- Schedule all inbound and outbound appointments, based on load capacity for the given day and shipment complexity.
- Populate the schedule with required information and accurate PO/Order references.
- Complete product allocations as needed and/or based on requests from other departments.
- Communicate with internal transportation and carriers on any scheduling misses, rescheduling requests and/or delays.
- Provide appointment details, directions and appropriate load information as directed.
- Check in/out drivers and ensure that all entering and leaving the facility premises are aware of procedure to be followed and have proper load documentation.
- Assist with inventory control activities as needed.
- Work directly with carriers, internal transportation, quality, supply planning and customer service to ship orders in full based on schedules and customer expectations.
