Responsibilities

  • Broker management - Lead ZURU's US candy broker day-to-day
  • Range review readiness - Own the P&L for key opportunities
  • Account selling - Lead retailer pitches and negotiations to open new accounts.
  • Experience managing a broker or agency network to deliver distribution outcomes.
  • Broker management - Lead ZURU's US candy broker day-to-day; set priorities, targets and the framework to convert their network into distribution.
  • Range review readiness - Own the P&L for key opportunities; prepare sell decks and pitch materials for every line review and merchandising window.
  • They own their work, chase bold ideas and never stop raising the bar.

Skills

  • 6+ years in Sales in US confectionery or impulse FMCG.
  • Trade execution across pricing, promotion, display and the 4Ps; P&L understanding.
  • Right to work in the US; based in or able to relocate to Minneapolis or Bentonville.
  • Success at 6 months:
  • ZURU's US candy broker embedded and working to a clear account framework, with Gumi Yum submitted in full for every range review.
  • At 12 months:
  • Gumi Yum listed and trading across priority grocery and specialty accounts, with repeatable distribution gains.
