Current Licensed Physical Therapist in MA
Completed state regulated CEU requirement in MA
BLS certification
Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week
Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes
Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first
Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team
