  • Perform periodic field branch audits to ensure adherence to business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency using MS Office products
  • Two years of insurance/financial services industry and supervisory/compliance experience
  • Life Insurance License
  • Customer and agent focused with excellent written/oral communication, presentation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and implement multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in finance or business
  • Knowledge and application of life insurance industry concepts, practices, and principles
  • Bilingual or Multilingual - fluent (oral and written) in French, English, Punjabi to complete required job duties and to communicate with a diverse agent and employee base. Expected to complete most business transactions with WFGIA in English, as management located in Ontario and in the U.S. speak English for daily/frequent communications

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of WFGIA processes and procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Bilingual or Multilingual - fluent (oral and written) in French, English, Punjabi to complete required job duties and to communicate with a diverse agent and employee base.
  • Expected to complete most business transactions with WFGIA in English, as management located in Ontario and in the U.S. speak English for daily/frequent communications
  • Strong relationship management, customer/agent focus, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required for branch review
  • Occasional Travel
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills

Compensation

  • The Salary for this position generally ranges between $ 64,000 - $75,000 CAD annually.
