The Manager, Optical Network Operations Center (NOC).
The team tasks included optical networking issue trouble response for break/fix and Operational Readiness, working with clients to ensure maximum availability of services.
Position daily activities include performance monitoring, load management, process adherence/improvement, problem management, staffing and performance management.

The successful candidate must be able to work a schedule that primarily consists of swing and mid shifts, with flexibility to support business and operational needs as required.

Typically with 5-7 years related experience and 1+ year previous supervisory / leadership experience preferred.
