About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Principal Clinical AI Evaluation Strategist (MD) to join our dynamic team.
  • The role requires deep clinical expertise and mastery in content enrichment to ensure AI solutions meet the highest standards of medical accuracy and educational value.

Responsibilities

  • Championing and manage complex projects evaluating AI models' performance in clinical use cases
  • Developing and implement content enrichment strategies that ensure clinical accuracy and relevance in AI outputs
  • Leading and mentor team members in developing expertise in clinical AI evaluation

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating AI systems for clinical applications
  • Proven experience leading large expert teams using project management and agile methodologies
  • Experience mentoring teams in clinical AI evaluation methodologies

Compensation

  • Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $107,646 - $171,954.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
  • $95,300 - $158,800.

  • Creating advanced insights and recommendations for improving AI performance in healthcare applications
