H-1B wage level

the lottery is wage-weighted — each level is one more entry

Level I · 1×
Level I$121,4101 entry
Level II$154,0032 entries
Level III$186,5973 entries
Level IV$219,1904 entries

$6,003 more — $154,003 — moves this role to Level II and 2 lottery entries. That figure is inside the range the employer already advertised.

Based on the DOL prevailing wage for this occupation and worksite, a base salary of $154,003 would place this position at wage Level II. That figure is within the posted range, and I'd like to target it. This role classifies under "Human Resources Managers" for prevailing-wage purposes.

DOL prevailing wage, 2026-27 wage year · Human Resources Managers (11-3121) · Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue, WA. Wage level is derived by USCIS from the offered wage, occupation and worksite; the occupation shown is inferred from the job title.

Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card follow-through: 95%

Of 19 labor certifications old enough to have been used, 1 expired without the employer filing the next step. Median time from filing to decision: 485 days.100% of their filings were for a worker who already held the job.Only certifications past the 180-day window are counted — recent ones cannot have expired yet.

Files H-1B transfers

5 transfer filings in the last year, covering 5 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 8 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • We're looking for builders, reimaginers, and global thinkers who want to work at the intersection of technology, trust, and transformation.
  • If you're excited to redefine how work gets done through AI, automation, and operational excellence, we'd love to meet you.
  • This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines strong judgment with a builder's mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and bring clear recommendations to organizational and talent decisions, particularly where the trade-offs are complex.
  • Help leaders design organizations for where the business is going, not simply where it is today. Ask the questions that matter: Is ownership clear? Are teams structured around the right outcomes? What is slowing us down? What capabilities will we need next?
  • Build Effective, Accountable Teams
  • Partner with leaders to build small, empowered teams with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Help leaders navigate that evolution thoughtfully by identifying where technology can simplify work, automate repetitive tasks, improve access to information, and create capacity for higher-value work.
  • Bring that same curiosity to your own work. Experiment with new tools, learn quickly, and translate emerging capabilities into practical improvements for teams and managers.
  • The goal isn't technology for its own sake. It's better ways of working and better business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders and prioritizing effectively across a broad, fast-moving, and ambiguous portfolio
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, including complex investigations, performance management, organizational change, and multi-jurisdiction employment matters
  • Experience across the talent lifecycle, including performance, succession, leadership development, and engagement
  • Experience supporting both 0→1 or incubation teams and scaled organizations, with an understanding that different stages of a business require different operating models
  • Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience as a senior People Partner in a high-growth technology, fintech, or similarly complex global environment
  • Experience serving as a senior People Partner to technical organizations such as engineering, product, or data, and influencing senior leaders without relying on positional authority
  • Strong organizational design, workforce planning, and change management experience
  • Evidence of building and improving mechanisms, tools, or services-and using technology and AI where it can meaningfully improve how work gets done
  • Skills & Mindset
  • Strong business acumen. You understand how the business works, what drives its success, and connect organizational and talent decisions to business outcomes.
  • High judgment. You navigate complex situations where there isn't an obvious answer, balancing business context, people considerations, risk, and long-term organizational health.
  • A builder and simplifier. You look for root causes, question unnecessary complexity, and build practical solutions that can scale.
  • Data-driven and systematic. You use data to identify patterns, challenge assumptions, make better decisions, and understand whether something is working.
