About the role

This role serves as a key member of the People Team, helping ensure employee data integrity, operational excellence, compliance readiness, and a seamless employee experience.
This role's base salary range is between $75,000 and $85,000.

Maintain employee data integrity, workflows, system configurations, permissions, and reporting.
Support testing and implementation of system enhancements and new functionality.
Maintain system documentation and process guides.
Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Maintain platform configuration, permissions, workflows, integrations, and ongoing maintenance.
Maintain Workvivo audience structures, user access, and platform governance.
Create and maintain SOPs and administrator documentation for People platforms.
Maintain the People Compliance Calendar and track key deadlines.
Support ACA reporting activities, Form 5500 preparation, and 401(k) audit requests.
Maintain compliance documentation and audit files.

Experience administering ADP, Workday, UKG, or similar HR systems.
Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements across multiple states
Strong understanding and execution of HR operational processes.
3+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, HR Operations, Benefits Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting benefits administration and vendor management.
Strong project management and process improvement skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $75,000 and $85,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
Additional Compensation and Benefits

Experience with Culture Amp, Workvivo, NAVEX, or similar employee experience and compliance platforms preferred.
