About the role
- - Lead development of shelf back pricing architecture and strategy
- - Develop long term vision for omni channel trade, pricing, and promotional architecture
Responsibilities
- Manage Wet Dog category pricing
- Lead development of shelf back pricing architecture and strategy
- Manage key stakeholder groups throughout the organization to align with SRM agenda
- Create and manage the US pet nutrition SKU assortment architecture
- Leverage advanced analytics to drive step change in US pet nutrition portfolio innovation and advance the SRM digital toolkit
Requirements
- 5-10 years of working experience and/or internship experience in a related field
- Four-year college degree
- Experience demonstrating advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to analyze pricing data from various sources, manipulate information, and make appropriate recommendations
- Ability to adapt quickly and apply new learnings quickly

Compensation
- Lead annual SRM category reviews with business management teams to surface opportunities across price, products and mix for the enterprise
